Day 01 :  Arrive Leh by Flight

Upon arrival, meet and transfer to Hotel.
Afternoon, Combined city tour of New and Old Delhi : Visit includes Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar 72 meters high and one of the most perfect towers in the Persian world.  Continue with a drive through Embassy area, the Government buildings, drive past Red Fort, the most opulent Fort, Raj Ghat, the memorial site of the Mahatma Gandhi and Chandni Chowk

Day 02 :  Delhi/Leh Flight

After early breakfast, transfer to airport for your flight to Leh. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Afternoon free for Acclimatizing.

Day 03 :  Leh  (Full day visit to Lamayuru Monastery with Packed Lunch)
After breakfast, drive to Shey : 15-km southeast of Leh and once the capital of Ladakh is now all but deserted, the royal family having been forced to abandon it by the Dogras midway through the last century. One can get extremely dehydrated along the 4-km trek so bring plenty of water and a hat.

The best time to visit the Shey Gompa is between 7.00 and 9.00 am or 5.00 and 6.00pm since the monks perform their prayer devotions at these times.

Thikshey : Ladakh's most photographed and architecturally impressive Gompa is at Tikse, 19-km southeast of Leh, founded in the 15th century. Visit Maitreya Temple: Inaugurated in 1980 by the dalai lama, the spacious shrine of Maitreya Temple is built around a gigantic 14m high gold faced Buddha

Hemis: It is the wealthiest, best known and biggest gompa of Ladakh Its popularity stems from the major annual festival held here in summer. The festival is also has the largest thanka in Ladakh which is unfirled once in 12 years.

Day 04 : Leh  (Full day visit to Lamayuru Monastery With Packed Lunch)
After breakfast visit Lamayuru Monastery - Situated at the altitude of 3800 meters between Fotu-la and Khalsi. As per the legend, in ancient times a lake covered this site. One day a Hermit predicted that there will be a monastery one day and he throws the grain of rice on the earth which automatically forms the shape of Swastika (Yundrung) from where the name comes (Yundrung Tharpaling Gompa). Day 05 :Leh (Alchi and Likir with Picnik Lunch)
After breakfast visit Alchi: Driving past the cluster of low pagoda roofed cubes 3-km across the Indus from Saspol.
Alchi: 70-km west of Leh, harbours an extraordinary wealth of ancient wall paintings and wood sculpture
The Du-Khang: An inscription records that Alchi's oldest structure, the Du-Khang, was erected late in the 11th century by Kaldan Shesrab.
The Sumtsek Standing to the left of the Du-khang, the Sumtsek is Alchi's most celebrated temple, and the highest achievement of early medieval Indian Buddhist art.

Likir : 6-km to the north of the main Leh -Srinagar highway, shortly before the village of Saspol, the large and wealthy Gompa of Likkir, home to around one hundred monks, is renowned for its huge yellow statue of the Buddha

Evening back to Hotel, Dinner & overnight stay

Day 06: Leh /Sarchu

After breakfast, drive to Sarchu. Upon arrival check into tents. Afternoon visit Sarchu, a picturesque town is located at the height of 4253 meters. This is the last point on the Himachal-Ladakh border that offers splendid views of snow-capped mountains. Lunch, Dinner & Overnight at Tent

Day 07: Leh /Jispa
After breakfast, drive a very beautiful as the vegetation and the mountains slowly change colours. Pass through the Darcha village. This place is the gateway for the trekker's to Lamayuru via Zanskar valley.

On arrival, check into your hotel. Afternoon enjoy the nature of village walk in the evening and relax. Lunch, Dinner & Overnight at Hotel .

Day 08: Jispa/Manali Manali Leh
Following breakfast drive to Manali En-route visit ROHTANG PASS (3979 m): Rohtang pass is 51kms from Manali on highway to Keylong/Leh. It offers a panorama and spectacular Mountain View. The pass is open from June to October. KOTHI: Situated on the road to Rohtang pass, a picturesque spot, Kothi is 12kms from Manali. After visit drive to Manali, Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Lunch, Dinner & Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 09: Manali/Kullu Manali
After breakfast full day excursion to Kullu
Kullu: " The Valley of the Gods", has a unique charm. Long regard by the ancient Hindus as the furthest limit of human habitation - Kulantapitha - its original name is mentioned even in the Ramayana and the Mahabharata. Kullu is a small town located by the banks of River Beas.

Day 10: Manali/Chandigarh
After early breakfast morning visit Manali: HADIMBA TEMPLE, DHOONGRI TEMPLE dedicated to goddess Hadimba, the Bhim of Mahabharat fame. It has four-tiered Pagoda shaped roof, TIBETAN MONASTERIES: There are 3 newly constructed colorful monasteries.

After visit, drive to Chandigarh.
On arrival transfer to your hotel Lunch, Dinner & Overnight at Hotel

Day 11: Manali/Chandigarh
After breakfast, drive to Delhi. On arrival, check in to your Hotel

Evening free for shopping, overnight at Hotel

Day 12: Manali/Chandigarh
After breakfast transfer to airport for your flight back Home
