About Jammu Tourist Places – A Example of Paradise on Earth

Jammu is the winter capital city of Jammu & Kashmir state and is the main entrance to this lovely state. It is situated on the banks of River Tawi and is a municipal corporation too. Jammu is nation-wide famous as the “City of Temples”, because it owns a large number of historical temples & domes of ancient mosques. This city was founded by Raja Jambulochan, thus it was named as “Jammu City”. Jammu is approx 600 km away from the national capital city – New Delhi.
